- 6:00 am – Get up!
I spend around 20 minutes in bed checking social media just to find the will to actually get out of bed. I then drink a big glass of cold water, it’s refreshing and I find that it helps me wake up. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and wash my face (again the cold water helps wake you up). I put on a pair of leggings, a sports bra and tee on and start stretching in my living room.
- 7.00 am – Workout
I’m not a gym fanatic, not at all. I just go running in the park across the street. I am a very socially awkward person so I just try to find a place where I don’t run into anyone.
- 8.00 am – Pampering
A sweaty me heads into the shower. I then just lounge around in my big fluffy robe and watch an episode of FRIENDS, while eating either blueberry pancakes or an egg sandwich and drinking a glass of pineapple juice.
- 9.00 am – Sun Time
I usually meet a couple of friends and we go to the beach. I love swimming and try to go everyday as I find it quite relaxing. If I’m not at beach I’d probably be studying at home.
- 14:00 pm – Shower & Lunch
I’d wash my hair and get clean form all the sand that’s stuck on my body. I’m currently on a protein diet so I would usually have either salmon and brown rice or a chicken/ tuna wrap.
- 15:00 pm – Study Session
I am giving an exam a year earlier and it’s in September so everyday this summer I had a study session. If I need a break from home as I get quite bored in the same environment for too long, I usually head to Costa coffee.
- 19:00 pm – Dinner
I usually just chop up some vegetables and make a salad or have leftovers from my lunch. For example last night, I had leftover chicken from lunch and just had it with some spelt pita bread.
- 19:00 pm – Out
I usually meet a couple of friends and head out. If not, I stay home and watch a couple of movies and if I feel like it or if I feel like I’m behind, I continue studying.
- 23:00 pm – Sleep
